“…we were like a mother
feeding and caring for her own children.
We loved you so much that we shared with you
not only God’s Good News but our own lives, too.”
1 Thessalonians 2:7b,8 NLT
God created family. The family unit is His design and He uses family as a vehicle or tool, if you will, to disciple, mentor, and train up in love from our first breath. When we recognized the impact that family and relationship has on the growth and transformation of an individual, we realized this is and always has been the best way to come alongside someone in need. Our motto is, Be friends Who Become Family. To open our lives and families to someone in crisis is sacrificial but also the best way to promote healing.
As Christians, we all want to make an impact on this world for the Kingdom of God. But the thought of this can be overwhelming. It’s easier to do with the support of a strong, caring community that feels like family. A community that encourages and emboldens us to do what God is calling us to do. Allmother Project is creating a community that helps people step out in faith and love children in need through training, programs, and initiatives built on Kingdom principles.
